Ich habe das Rezept etwas ge\u00e4ndert, da wir kleine Leckerm\u00e4ulchen sind.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Zutaten:\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 16px;\">500g Mehl<\/span><\/li>\n<li>100-150g Zucker<\/li>\n<li>1 P\u00e4ckchen Vanillinzucker<\/li>\n<li>1 Prise Salz<\/li>\n<li>250l warme Milch<\/li>\n<li>1 W\u00fcrfel Hefe (42g)<\/li>\n<li>85g weiche Butter<\/li>\n<li>1 Ei<\/li>\n<li>1 Eigelb<\/li>\n<li>Hagelzucker<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Zubereitung:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 16px;\">Zucker,\u00a0Vanillinzucker, eine Prise Salz und den\u00a0Zucker in einer gro\u00dfen Sch\u00fcssel mischen.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Die Milch kurz erw\u00e4rmen und die Hefe hineinbr\u00f6ckeln und unter R\u00fchren aufl\u00f6sen. Die Butterfl\u00f6ckchen und das Ei zur Mehlmischung geben. Die Hefe- Milchmischung zugie\u00dfen und alles circa 5 Min. mit einem Handr\u00fchrger\u00e4t kr\u00e4ftig verkneten.<br \/>\nDanach den Teig an einen warmen Ort circa 45 Min. zugedeckt gehen lassen, bis sich das Volumen verdoppelt hat.<\/li>\n<li>Den Teig auf einer bemehlten Arbeitsfl\u00e4che kr\u00e4ftig durchkneten und danach in drei gro\u00dfe St\u00fccke teilen. Jedes St\u00fcck zu einem Strang von circa 40cm formen. Die drei Str\u00e4nge nebeneinander legen, die Enden an einer Seite zu einem Zopf flechten.
